I wanted to try a new style of content on here! This is a soothing recording that you can casually listen to in order to relax or unwind for the day. Alternatively, you can use this track as a hypnosis to re-write your subconscious programs, specifically around health, self-love and confidence. Laying down on a comfortable surface, lighting a nice candle and dropping into this track will make your anxiety fade away!
A bit about hypnosis and our subconscious mind:
Our subconscious mind runs our life and our behavior 95% of the time and yet it's essentially like an "autopilot" function that we don't really have control over. Our subconscious programs formed from ages 0-7, based on what we saw, experienced and were told in those years.
Some of our programs are helpful and some not-so helpful. What programs do you have in your subconscious? Just look around you! Your life is essentially a print-out of your S.C. mind. Your financial reality, love life, career, relationships, lifestyle... it's all a representation of your subconscious beliefs.
Luckily, there are some simple ways that we can re-program the tapes of our subconscious mind. One of those is repetition through hypnosis. Our brains are in a theta state (essentially a hypnotic state) right before we drift off to sleep and right when we wake up. In this time, our S.C. is easily impressionable. Therefore, I recommend listening to this track before you go to bed and/or right when you wake up. If you fall asleep while listening, that's perfect!
